FLOWERS CITY SENIORS RECREATION CENTRE 
Brampton is bursting with opportunities for seniors to getout and learn new skills, share friendships, and stay active and healthy.
The City boasts over 40 seniors’ groups that feature everything from competitive and recreational sporting activities tocultural activities and organized trips. 
Flower City Seniors Recreation Centre, located at 8870, McLaughlin Road. This new expansion will allow an even greater number of seniors to participate inactivities, classes and events. Badminton, shuffleboard and fitness classes are some of the programs that will be offered in the new gym. In addition, the space will allow for social events such aslunches, information sessions and entertainment.
We urge seniors to check out the following Brampton Parks and Recreation programs:
* Recreational Skating Adult Dance Programs Fitness and WellnessPrograms.
* Learn to Swim Recreational Swimming Sports Programs 
* Learn to Skate Lessons
