Turismo es definido como una migración humana de un lugar permanente a uno temporal. Este fenómeno es producido por varias causas, cultural, educación, profesión, deportes, social yreligión.
La industria turística y formada por diversas actividades relacionadas entre si, tales como:

a) Agencia de viajes
b) Agencia de carga
c) Compañías de transporte. (aérea, náutica yterrestre)
d) Industria hotelera
e) Entretenimiento
f) Manualidades

El humano es muy importante en este tipo de industria debido al contacto estrecho entre el turista y el personal. Esteúltimo debe ser técnicamente preparado y tener un profundo conocimiento de la recepción y gestión de los turistas. Que se debe crear una impresión de seguridad, tranquilidad, cortesía y hospitalidad.Con el fin de aumentar la cantidad de puestos de trabajo y el intercambio extranjero en el país.
