Contrato

This contract hereby constitutes the participation as winners of “The Bizz 2010” and future Elite Members to be given by the World Confederation of Business (WORLDCOB),filing number 800386005 from the Office of the Secretary of State, DBA of “MPBM, CO,” with an address at 2825 Wilcrest, Suite 163 Houston TX 770425, represented by itsCEO Mr. Jesus Jorge Moran (hereafter known as “WORLDCOB”), and the company Association of International Cooperation Privately Owned Enterprises of Security with TAX ID38296, with an address at 81/55, building 1, Bakuninskaya str. Moscow, Russian Federation, represented by Mr. Karabanov Eugenie (hereafter known as “MEMBER”) withpassport number 45 05 195296. Constitutes the agreement of the parties as follows:
First stipulation: WORLDCOB is an organization constituted under the laws of the UnitedStates of America. The World Confederation of Businesses was created to be an international leader business corporation whose mission is to encourage businesses developmentand recognize and motivate the most important businesses and/or personalities in the world (leader members of each country) through business events such as the “The Bizz2010” and “EXPOBIZZ”.
Second stipulation: WORLDCOB communicates to MEMBER his or her status as a winner of “The Bizz 2010” and extends an invitation to become part ofour organization for a membership fee.
Third stipulation: WORLDCOB and the MEMBER agree that the contribution to obtain the membership from the WORLD CONFEDERATION OFBUSINESS is: E3000 (Three Thousand Euros).
Fourth stipulation: WORLDCOB agrees to deliver all the promised benefits to the MEMBER. These benefits are described below:
