In this final project, we´ll simulate a company created and developed by us to apply our knowledge of the semester.

This project consist in creating a business, develop the name, mission, vision, description, plan to confront globalization, organizational chart, external environment, scenarios , and other things that must be seen for the creation and survival of a company.COMPANY´S NAME

Our mission is to give our customers a unique service to exercise their selves and have a control of their feeding, also in our weight control division, give our customers rapid results in a healthy way and motivate our clients to have a healthy life.

VISION

To become the most successful gym-nutrition center in Mexico, known for its creativity in methodsto have a healthy lifestyle.

Become a franchise and expand to different countries around the world.

Become one of the best franchises in the world.

OUR COMPANY

We are a gym-nutrition center very innovator that offers a unique service for our customers.

Here is the service explication:

• When the client comes to us, the client is interviewed by one of our workers with apre-structured form in order to know the physical activities outside the client makes during the day. This form is reviewed by a nutritionist

• After the interview the client runs through our gym facilities and then choose the type of exercise to do
We have many resources:

1- Exercise equipment

2- Pool

3- Dance class

4- Pilates class

5- Spinning6- Body combat

7- Body pump

8- Box

9- Aerobics

10- Aerobics in pool

11- And more.

The customer makes their exercise schedule of each week, we can fit your needs and combining classes and equipment or as desired.

• Then our client is taken to a nutritionist and she reviews the results of the interview and schedule of exercises developed by theclient to make a specialized diet for the client's goal:

1- Loose weight

2- Or just maintain yourself healthy.

The diet is made by products that we sell and it makes the diet easier to follow because those are healthy and delicious foods

• After that, the client moves through the food store area where our workers provide him his food for the week.

• Thisservice can change depending on the pack chosen:

1- Be like you want to be( includes everything, food is sold by separate)

2- Gym pack (includes the gym and schedule).

Our gym nutrition center has:
1- The gym area
2- 10 exercise rooms
3- 3 halls to nutritional consultation
4- The food store
5- Child care area (for childcare while you exercise)
6- The poolWe have proximally about 40 skilled workers with an attitude of service in each location.

We are in san Pedro Garza Garcia, Valle Oriente and soon we´ll be in Apodaca.

Our startup capital is about 1000000 Mexican pesos.

EXTERNAL ENVIRONMENT

We have our external environment that is composed by macroenvironment and competitive environment:

Macroenvironment:The laws and regulations of the government that we have to face every day like taxes and regulations and the checks that we have to pass in order to be legal according to the government. The actual economy affect our company for example the actual crisis is an economic issue that we must face. Technology is a factor of success because if we implement new technologies in our gym and in ouradministration the business is going to be more innovators and people will be more interested. Demographics also affect our company in one aspect: the characteristics of people or groups of people can affect us for example if they have education about the nutrition of their selves and how that can affect their life. Finally social issues and natural issues can affect us because we have to respond to that...
