INTRODUCTION

All tourism businesses offer different types of products. Those who succeed achieve it by adding an additional ingredient, good service. This is the only product that can not be bought. The equipment for a canopy, gourmet food from a hotel or restaurant, car rent a car that is rented, the custom package that provides travel agencies, etc., varies from one company to another and inmany cases are very similar but the service will depend entirely on your personal.
Human behavior requires supervision, care and constant training.
