This paper contains the information of Electronic Trade and Economy advantages disadvantages in the Electronic trade andEconomy (ETE).The web links have a variety of concepts of this modern and new area in economy and trade, however some analysts may have different point of view of the ETE.committee on trade andinvestment (1998)suggest that amount of trade conducted electronically has grown exponentially and electronic commerce has transformed many industry sectors and the way business is done. The ETE has madetransformations in many areas of economy since it has a amazing growth, people may feel better to trade by the ETE because of many causes such feeling more safe to trade or to make business in their ownhome. The Electronic commerce steering group (ECSG) argue that the ETE must be legal regulate with transparent and consistent.

The widespread of ETE hasbeen considering a critical problem for the development for the international financial markets (IFM). many business has change its politics, and also has been faced with the need to convert into anelectronic business caused by the competition, and demand that has grown better in the ETE, now investors feel more safe to trade in the Electronic business wich facilitates in many ways ,such asfurniture in a business. There are many advantages in the ETE like costs, also taxes, employments and payments.
