Our Accommodation
Liverpool International College offers student residences that are designed to meet all your requirements during your studies in Liverpool. The halls are conveniently located and fully furnished to provide a relaxing and functional living space, allowing you to study hard and make the most of your free time. Residences Available
At Liverpool International College, we work hard to secure the best quality accommodation options for our students. Below are the different residences that are available to students arriving in Autumn 2012 – for further information the contract prices for the residences and whatstudents they are available to please refer to Appendix 2.

Myrtle Court
“Myrtle Court is a small place with a real community feel. It boasts an array of spacious Classic and Premium en-suite rooms that are ideally situated with superb views of Liverpool's Anglican Cathedral. It has a great common room where you can watch TV, play a game of pool or table football, making it a really affordable,comfortable student accommodation option.”

Cedar House
“Cedar House is ideally located. The building itself is directly opposite Liverpool International College and just a five minute walk from University of Liverpool campus, and a convenient ten minute walk from Liverpool City Centre and Lime Street Station, making it easy to get around Liverpool.”

Accommodation Cleaning Service
LiverpoolInternational College will be providing all students who book at Myrtle Court and Cedar House a fantastic cleaning service. All Kitchen and Lounge areas of each flat will be cleaned once a week during the tenancy period. A Cleaning Agreement will be included in the Tenancy Agreement and must be signed and returned to the College when accepting LIC accommodation. The fee for this service is asfollows; Contract Length 51 weeks 35 weeks Cleaning Fee £102 £70

The Accommodation Guarantee
Liverpool International College is committed to providing accommodation for all students who request it. However, in order for us to plan effectively and enable us to guarantee accommodation, students are kindly requested to send their completed accommodation form to the college on or before the guaranteedate for the relevant intake. Forms received after this date will be processed subject to availability. Programme start date September 2012 October 2012 Accommodation guarantee date August 1st 2012 October 1st 2012

Booking Your Accommodation
We will always try to place you in your first choice of accommodation, if available. Our accommodation is extremely popular and places are allocated on afirst come, first served basis, so we recommend you book as early as possible to have the best chance of getting the accommodation you want!

Step 1
Complete the accommodation booking form and submit to the College. You must select the accommodation option with the correct contract length for the course you have been offered - refer to Appendix 2 for the full accommodation options Students onPreparatory English courses should select a contract option suitable for a 3-term student. You will be asked on your booking form to provide the name and contact information of a Guarantor for payment. A guarantor is someone who will become legally responsible for any outstanding payments related to your accommodation.
