El presente trabajo de título tuvo como objetivo general, desarrollar un Plan Estratégico para GPS IRL, empresa presente en el mercado de servicios de asesorías y telemarketing, que pretende perfeccionar el área de Telemarketing. Para lo cual se definieron lineamientos estratégicos, para este segmento y competir de manera eficiente.El modelo a aplicar se basó en aspectos como la Misión y Visión del área de la empresa; su estructura y objetivos. Adicionalmente de análisis externo en el área a la cual se pretende perfeccionar, con el fin de identificar oportunidades y amenazas mediante la herramienta de las cinco fuerzas de Porter. Además se realizó un análisis interno del área de la empresa; mediante la matriz deperfil de capacidad interna, a fin de reconocer las fortalezas y debilidades que esta posee. Posteriormente, se planteó el análisis FODA que, complementando con su misión dejó la base para realizar su Plan Estratégico, basando su modelo en la estrategia de Hax y Majluf. Con sus respectivos planes específicos e indicadores, plazos y costos relacionados.

SUMMARY.
This work aimed overall title, develop a strategic plan for GPS IRL, active in the market foradvisory services and telemarketing, which aims to improve the area Telemarketing. To which strategic guidelines defined for this segment and compete effectively.
The model applied was based on aspects such as the Mission and Vision of the area of the company, its structure and objectives. Addition of external analysis in the area that is to improve, in order to identifyopportunities and threats through tool Porter's five forces. We also carried out an internal analysis of the company area, using the array of internal capacity profile, in order to recognize the strengths and weaknesses that this has. Subsequently, it was suggested that the SWOT analysis, complementing its mission left the base for its Strategic Plan, basing its strategy model Hax and Majluf. With theirspecific plans and indicators, timelines and costs.
