INTRODUCTION
Communication is the base of the individual’s social interaction and considering that speaking, reading, listening and writing are important elements to increase formation in all dimensions of human being; through the application of interactive activities that promotes the development and performance of individuals, encouraging them to raise their self-image and effectiveness insocial academic and professional processes.
About assertive communication has been much talk lately, from the of the word assertive to the influence of education on assertive communication. In our institutions we talk about a good living, or how we could improve the educational community interaction, also referred to can not read or write but never put into practice what is reflected in the paper. We found a damaged childhood and youth in society, that society does not have a goodcommunication generating conflict and violence around the schools. In and out of institutions.
We achieve better assertive communication from the classroom literacy generating techniques, based on a diagnosis.
Assertive communication is the skill that people use to express their desire to defend their personal rights and express their needs with respect for others, literacy is the brief periodwhere young children between 4 and 6 years of age (children) , access to read and write, but children and adolescents have not learned to read and write well.
Due to the misinterpretation of concepts learned, children and young people are creating difficult problems of social communication and educational work. These difficulties have led us to look at this issue for improvement.
Diagnosis isdone through surveys in order to have a starting point and conduct the research project.
Although all institutions currently have a high degree of aggressiveness or the state, much less teachers have been able to overcome the poor communication that is assertive and have the means nor the support of parents to do so.

La comunicación es la base de la interacción social delindividuo y teniendo en cuenta que hablar, leer, escuchar y escribir son elementos importantes para aumentar la formación en todas las dimensiones del ser humano, a través de la aplicación de las actividades interactivas que promueve el desarrollo y desempeño de los individuos, animándoles a elevar su auto-imagen y la eficacia social en los procesos académicos y profesionales.
Acerca de lacomunicación asertiva últimamente se ha hablado mucho, desde las raíces de la palabra asertiva hasta la influencia de la educación en la comunicación asertiva. A nivel de las instituciones se habla mucho pero la mayoría no entiende la gran dimensión que posee este tipo de investigaciones.
En nuestras instituciones se habla de una buena convivencia, o cómo podríamos mejorar la convivencia de lacomunidad educativa, también se menciona que no saben leer ni escribir pero nunca se pone en práctica lo que se plasma en el papel. Encontramos una niñez y una juventud dañada por la sociedad, aquella sociedad que no tiene una buena comunicación generando conflicto y violencia a todo el medio escolar. Dentro y fuera de las instituciones.
Debemos lograr mejorar la comunicación asertiva desde el aulagenerando técnicas de lectoescritura, partiendo de un diagnóstico.
