Corporate Culture
Coca-Cola Company is one of the greatest enterprises all around the world and one of the things that you can easily identify is the strong culture that they have since the verybeginning and now is a worldwide phenomenon because Coca-Cola in one of the few products that is consumed all around the world, the Coca-Cola Company is a huge organization and it has been in the worldsince 1944. But what is a corporate culture? Why is a strong culture? Well the corporate culture is a shared meaning and beliefs held by organizational members determine in large degree how theemployee acts and Coca-Cola possesses a strong culture because the key values are deeply held and widely shared by the employees as Coca-Cola Company says “you’ll notice a culture where our people are trulydedicated to living our value”.

Coca-Cola Company itself describes their culture as “One Company One Team One Passion”. But again what does this mean? And what are the essences of thisorganization’s culture or better known as dimensions of organizational culture.
One Company
The Coca-Cola Company state that as the journey continues, their shared passion is transforming The Coca-Cola Company.When the people join the Company, they will enjoy an environment where ideas are free to find their way, support is close at hand and pride inspires the company to grow. Each day they are developingmeaningful and accelerated learning opportunities and anticipating the skills and resources they will need to meet their future demands.

One Team
The Coca-Cola Company explain that, it’stheir people who make magic happen. Their job is to refresh the world, and it requires the vision, innovation, and passion of every single one of them. Each day the relationships they build will help to succeednot only in their job, but in the career of the employees as well
