1. Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia issues Soft Offer to the Buyer thenBuyer sign and seal to accept Soft Offer. (With Cif Price) 2. Dunmore Trust A.S South East Asia will send draft ICPO to buyer with the Net price and buyer issue ICPO direct to Dunmore Trust A.S South East Asia address with the Net price and Full Banking details, the buyer must be accompanied with the Buyer’s a copy his/her international passport (Data Page) together with Bank confirmation letter orStatement attention to Dunmore Trust A.S South East Asia for guarantee the buyer have capability to buy the petroleum product to via E-mail. 3. Dunmore Trust will send the draft of “Confirmation letter Of Deposit Security Clearance 0.2% From The Total Value Of The First Shipment” to the buyer to issue with the buyer’s company letter head with sign and seal to confirm that the buyer are fully legalresponsibility and ready to pay for the deposit security clearance 0.2% the total value of the first shipment after the Seller sends Government Transportation Notarization/Legalization of contract from the Ministry of Energy and Invoice for the security clearance 0.2% from the total value of the first shipment to the Buyer. 4. Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia will send ICPO and Confirmation ofdeposit security clearance 0.2% from the total value of the first shipment from the buyer to Seller and Seller shall verify the ICPO and Bank confirmation letter or Statement including the buyer information and after the seller approved the ICPO seller shall issues the FCO and sends the FCO to the buyer via Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia by email.

5. Buyer signs and seal the FCO andreturns back to seller via Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia by email. 6. Seller issues draft contract and send via Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia by email to the buyer. 7. Buyer returns signed and sealed Draft Contract and send via Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia by email to the Seller for Approved. 8. Seller takes charge of Notarization/Legalization of contract with the Ministry of Energyand sends copy to buyer via Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia by email. 9. Seller secures allocation for the Pumping/Transportation of the product from the Refinery to the Loading Port. A. Seller sends Government Transportation Corporation Russian Railways Affidavit and Letter of Affirmation from Ministry of Energy and invoice for the security clearance 0.2% from the total value of the firstshipment to the Buyer via Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia by email. B. No later than 3 (Three) working days, Buyer countersign the Government Transportation Corporation Russian Railways Affidavit and return. 10. Buyer pays for the security clearance 0.2% from the total value of the first shipment to the seller account as state in the invoice and the contract, express delivery, and transfer of theallocation, clearance and immediate lift able fees to the allocation owner under the instructions of seller and the money to be deducted/subtractive from the total value of the product cost. 11. Buyer sends the transfer copy of the payment for the security clearance 0.2% from the total value of the first shipment to seller via Dunmore Trust A.S. South East Asia by email. 12.
