Oneday I went into my favorite store Best Buy, but this time was the last time because they let me down. That day I needed an external hard drive that wasgoing to be a lifesaver for all of my information, yet Best Buy failed me. I was instructed to buy this hard drive. I bought a 1 terabyte hard drive and was notcompatible with my mac. When I got home I realized it was not the correct one. Although many times I buy all my technological devices at best but maybe thiswas about to change.
February 8 of 2489 I entered my favorite store. I could spend hour there until that day I was badly disappointed. That day I bought aterabyte external hard drive compatible with PC + Mac. This external hard drive was one hundred and eighty dollars plus taxes. This price was a moderateprice it is not on sale or anything similar. I specifically asked if it was compatible with both software’s, but it wasn’t because the hard drive was notproperly manufactured. I tried to return it so that I could get my cash back, but they didn’t let me.
I want my money back by the next week. I want exactly whatI gave them in the store and a compensation coupon. If you don’t give me this by then you will loose one of your most frequent clients you have ever had,and all his family and friends. I also suggest to demand your staff to have a better basic knowledge of their products.
