Social companies are becoming more real and feasible on the new model business, with sustainable initiatives and new technologies, making a perfect collaboration between three of the different rolesin the society: Social Entrepreneur, Business and Public authorities; all in order to lead a new experience, raising the awareness of people about social and responsible economy.

The first caseexplained was between Allianca Emprendedora and Gardau. The first one a NGO based in Brazil that works to promote, support and to make stronger the entrepreneurial community as a tool for inclusion,economic and social development, On the other hand was presented Gerdau, Brazilian company, as one of the largest recycler in Latin America that transforms, millions of metric tons of scrap into steel,having 45.000 employers in 40 different countries; They reach to collect 80.000 kilo-tons of scrap around the world to get products mainly used for Agricultural corps, Construction and Industrial area.The reason because those two entities worked together without forgetting its social reasons as much as a nonprofit organization as a company needs to be profitable are the needs in each of itscores, on one side Allianca Emprendedora is looking to improve the innovative problem and low level of entrepreneurial mind faced by poor sectors, and on the other side Gerdau needed to improve theirsupplying method finding another way to collect the raw materials.
They focused on make a relation between the company and the society, creating a value for the end of the project, that aimed toinclude scrap collectors as suppliers in the supply chain of Gerdau, which before was not possible given the legal problem that existed, Gerdau could not buy scrap from informal work, due to they didn´thave the documentation to make it in a formal way, Given this need was necessary to work with an organization that already had knowledge in the area in order to be able to reach one of their goals:...
