Euthanasia refers to the practice of ending a life in a manner which relieves pain and suffering.
It looks for a good death for people who haveterminal illnesses.
I want to talk about euthanasia in a religious way. I think everybody agrees with the fact that God is the only one who gives lifeand is the only one who can take life. And he knows when, why and how to do it. So human beings don’t have the power of decide to take life of otherpeople, even if it’s about their parents, their children, etc.
Obviously, God doesn’t want to make you suffer but it is believed that pain purifies thesoul. So that could be a reason of why painful conditions exist.
There are many stories of people that have been in coma for years and then they areback to the reality.
Like the case of Terry Wallis who is an American man living in Arkansas and he spent almost 20 years on coma. After that periodof time he woke up of that state and he began to talk. The first word that he said was “mom”. The interesting point here is that his family nevergave up and they made all the possible to join Terri to the life.
I have an aunt that lives in San Antonio, Texas. She was in coma during 3 months. Shehas a niece that is a nurse and when my aunt was in coma she said that the best option would be the euthanasia because her aunt was suffering a lot.My aunt’s daughters didn’t way to do that and finally my aunt woke up. She has come to Monterrey many times and she has a good health nowadays.
