Farewells: ¿Goodbye or until next time?
Life is full of farewells, both happy and sad. Some are momentary andothers last forever. Since you are born, you are saying goodbye. For example, when you're a kid you say goodbye to your toys, to your pets, even the places where you have lived and family members.Also as we develop and change, our friends, things we like to do and places where we like to visit change.
The instant in which someone takes leave of your life, it may feel like a tear in the heart.At a certain point of life, people will say goodbye to this world, meaning the end of their lives. In life we ​​see different trajectories that farewells take that can be both painful and difficult.Some farewells are equal to suffering, loneliness, sadness and feeling defeated. Farewells from people that filled your life at some pint are the ones that affect you the most. When this peopleleave your life, the empty space left in the heart is hardly filled again. Even though the word goodbye is one of the cruelest of words everybody says it at some point. For me, goodbye means you willnever see that person or event again; goodbye is a word of sorrow. Instead saying goodbye, people should say “see you later” or “until next time”.
Life has allowed me to feel what is like to havepainful farewells right in front of me, events that marked my life and I haven’t been able to overcome. A year ago I saw happen in my life goodbye, a goodbye I never wanted it to appear. The so called“process of life” came into my life and stole my grandfather. This has been the farewell because I would get to say goodbye and not until next time. He walked out of my life, never to see him again. Iwish he haven’t said goodbye so I could keep saying how much I loved him. Nobody could say a goodbye comes in pair with suffering! Everyone gets to live that moment to have someone important in...
