The challenges of the present

The organizations face a lot of challenges nowadays due to the globalization, competitiveness andenvironment issues.

First, let see how the globalizated world affects an organization. If you are going to create a new organization, the globalizated world gives you the opportunity to import cheaperraw materials for your product or you can directly import your product and sell it in the domestic market.
If you are running an organization you can face competition from a foreign organization, youcan form an alliance with the foreign organization, you can export your product to other countries, you can import cheaper raw materials for your product and in conclusion, you can interact witheveryone in everywhere. That’s the globalization effect; it breaks barriers in the world and makes it a closer space.

The globalization also brings interdependence among the countries, so everythingthat happens in your domestic market and in the international market affects your organization. In a globalizated world, the organizations have to pay attention to everything that happens in theirdomestic market and in the international one because a change in the market could be a business opportunity or a threat to the organization.
The globalization opens markets to your organization but alsoopens your market to other organizations.

Second, the competitiveness plus the globalization makes your organization compete against yourself and others. The competitiveness forces you to improveyour production and management in order to be a better organization and compete in the domestic and international market.
