What is Fordismo? The term "Fordismo" to a theory applied to industrial engineering refers to the means of mass production practices thatled to the Henry Ford, maker of American cars. This system is a combination of assembly line (production line) specialized machinery, high wages and a high number of workers employed.
BIOGRAPHYHenry Ford was born on a farm in Michigan on July 30, 1863, son of Irish farmers, a boy showed great taste and exceptional talent for mechanics. he combined high school with farming and livestockfamily farm .
Henry Ford showed at an early age his talent for mechanics. When I finish high school he moved to Detroit to work as an apprentice mechanic, but not long after his return to town, earning aliving as a mechanic of steam engines.
