RESUMEN.

ABSTRACT .

El dominio de los protocolos IP suscita hacia una
nueva fase deconvergencia en una red única de
telec omunicaciones, esto significa que las redes y
los protocolos IP son las tecnologías que fina lmente
han hecho posible la convergencia de todos los s ervicios de telecomunicaciones en la misma platafo rma tec nológica y en las mismas redes. En nuestro
país la infraestructura tecnológica continua en el
mejoramiento de las redes de comunicaci ones, a la
parque se incrementa y moderniza el equipamiento
de redes. Este desarrollo ocasionará que las Tecn ologías de la Informática y las Com unicaciones (TIC)
tiendan hacia el entorno que proponen las Redes de
Próxima Generación (NGN), sin embargo la infrae structura de telecomunicaciones no puede ser sust ituida radic almente, debido a los elevados costos que
s atisfacen esta condición, por tanto, debeexistir al
menos temporalmente, una fase de coexistencia y
por supuesto la necesaria interconexión mediante
pasarelas como un elemento imprescindible para la
migración.

The predominance of IP protocols b ring us toward
a new phase of convergence in an only net work of
telecommunications, this signifies than net work s and
protocols are the technologies that finally have made
possiblethe convergence of all s ervices of telecommunications at the same technological platform and
in the same network s . At our country the technological infrastructure c ontinuous in the improvement of
the net work s of communications.

En este trabajo s e proponen una serie de pasos
para lograr el control del U-Sys IAD208 empleando
herramientas de sof tware libre y código abierto en
lugar deemplear un Softswitch que son muy cost osos; para lograr esto se creó un escenario de pru ebas sobre maquinas virtuales con el sistema operat ivo Nova y la plataforma telefónica Asterisk . Como
resultado se obtuvo un sistema capaz de interactuar
entre los usuarios de la red IP y los definidos en el
IAD208 empleando el protocolo de señalización
MGCP.

This development will cause the fact that the
Technologies of Information Technology and Co mmunications ( TIC ) tend toward the surroundings that
propose Next Generation's Network s ( NGN ), howe ver the infrastruc ture of telecommunications cannot
b e subst ituted radically, due to the elevated costs
that satisfy this condition, therefore, should exist at
least temporarily, aphase of coexistence and of
c ourse the necessary intervening interconnection
gateways lik e an essential element for migration.
Or in this work we int ended to get the control of
the IAD208 using freeware tools and open code i nstead of using a Softswitch that they are costly; we
c reated in order to achieve this , a s cene of proofs on
virtual machines with the operating system Subst itutesand the phone pl atform Ast erisk .
As a result it´s obtained a capable system of int eracting between the users of the net IP and the d efined in the IAD208 using the protocol of signposting
MGCP.
