Justicia Contable

Resumen:

Comienzo tratando el significado de justicia que es dar a cada quien lo que le corresponde según el diccionario; y para poder limitar el actuar se hizo necesario la creación de normas para demostrar que es lo justo o injusto de su actuar o acción individual frente a la sociedad; quien imparte el juicio es el juez que está a cargo de hacer justicia pero debe seguir el principio (debeser justo y equitativo) y su sentencia se realiza en estrados judiciales, juzgados o despachos judiciales y en las altas cortes.
Para que la justicia se dé se hace necesario que infundan a cada individuo grande y pequeño el significado e importancia que tiene dentro de nuestra cultura y sociedad para que exista una mejor convivencia entre todos los colombianos. De esta manera las injusticiasprovocadas por la corrupción, violencia e intolerancia disminuirían progresivamente al existir conciencia del actuar.
La administración pública es una actividad del poder ejecutivo y su actividad es gestionar los bienes y servicios públicos de manera eficiente a todos los ciudadanos para satisfacer todas sus necesidades y lograr con ello el bien general. Los responsables de esta actividad sonprofesionales de contaduría, abogacía, administración, entre otros. Ellos deben cumplir con los principios que fundamenta la administración pública: honestidad, participación, celeridad, eficacia, eficiencia, transparencia, rendición de cuentas y responsabilidad en el ejercicio de la función pública. De acuerdo al Art. 141 de la Constitución.

The public administration is an activity of the executive power and his activity is to manage the goods and public services of an efficient way to all the citizens to satisfy all his needs and to achieve with it the general good. The persons in charge of this activity are professionalsof accountancy, law, administration, among others. They must expire with the principles that the public administration bases: honesty, participation, speed, efficiency, efficiency, transparency, surrender of accounts and responsibility in the exercise of the public function. Introducción

El presente trabajo está centrado en la justiciasiendo equitativos sin dañar a otro u otros, sin dejar de ser libres.
Al plantear el tema de la justicia, se ha incluido la contabilidad y responsabilidad que tienen los profesionales. Se hace necesario preguntarnos ¿existe justicia contable en Colombia?, la contabilidad se rige por normas, las cuales el profesional contable debe acatarla de la mejor manera posible para que la información seaverídica, confiable, comprensible; de una manera u otra la contabilidad posee una justicia normativa y que al no ser usada correctamente se castigaría con una sanción o en la gravedad se pagara con cárcel.
Recomiendo una película que me motivo a incluir en la justicia, la contabilidad; ya que esta explica muy bien el significado de la justicia, aunque está encaminado políticamente a los intereses...
