LEADERSHIP

As we all know the leadership is the set of capabilities that a person has to influence the minds of people or a group of persons, making this team work with enthusiasm, but the realityis different, in achieving goals and objectives. Identify leaders in the company is essential to improve the efficiency of workers, most of the time these people are visible and are notorious, and iscritical to ensure that these adhere to the goals and mission of the company.

In recent days the leadership becomes a vital part of every company. Those wishing to be most effective leaders havetended to identify and improve leadership attributes, the inner or personal qualities that make the effective leader.

Leaders are not only individually but also generate dedicated organizationalcapacity. Organizational capacity refers to the processes, practices and activities that create value for the organization. Leaders must be able to translate directives organizational direction, visionand purpose in practice in process.

All members of an organization need leaders they can believe, with whom they can identify and who can identify and who can have confidence.
For every leader theyidentify a number of attributes that contribute to it, such as honesty, ability to inspire, impartiality, ability to support others. The leaders of character living the principles of your companypracticing what they preach; own and others generated a positive image of themselves and exhibit cognitive ability and personal charm enormously.

According to the projects established by the Deputythere will be leaders of the various working groups as necessary to achieve the objectives. Therefore, each leader:
• know the reason for the objective to achieve.

• responding to Lead by the group.• will evaluate the individual work element that adds to the overall work.
• Organize the potential of the team that works to make the most of a person to the objective sought.
