I choose the combination of two solutions that I propose en the part 1
First, we need to start the process of recruiting, together Carlos Ghosnand the CEO of Nissan, this activity must be together because there is a rule that “The Nissan CEO would continue to be selected by the Nissan Board of Directors. I suggest that the replacement mustbe occupied by internal personal. Also Japanese.
The Skills that have the new COO are the follows:

3.-Work with diversity.
Also it must be able totransmit values, in this case the culture of Japan accepts the values when somebody lives these is very appreciated
Charisma, he must be able to transmit, to motivate and to inspire, so that thepeople follow the goals.

After the recruiting, the next process will be the training.
In thisprocess the replacement should work together with Ghosn, at least one year.For a first year both should to make a strategic plan, with the goals and commitments, dates and involucrate person
