In the past two decades Mexico has experienced democratic transition and economic modernization, while significantly increasing its volume of foreign direct investment andmanufactured exports. Despite these accomplishments, Mexico continues to confront high rates of unemployment, poverty, and slow economic growth, even with this problems, in Latin America, Mexico has one ofthe highest per-capita income level with US $10,108  (est. WB, 2008).
