Why is this a draft?
Because we will perform more than 400 problems starting from the simplest to the most complex, yet
is an exercise to improveour knowledge in any programming language.
Depending on its complexity, I'll upload from 2, 3, 4, 5 and even 10 problems (10 problems when they
are very, very simple).
Rule and exampleof the challenges:
If we have to do 3 programs, we have to complete the three different programs compile it, execute it,
try it, then store it in a single compressed file and we willpost it to the group Programmers in C, HTML,
XHTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS basics. Those who can not solve all problems, may raise that might meet but
get less points of evaluation.
The firstproblems I'll upload it on the afternoon of Friday 21 at 5:00 pm local time in Santo Domingo:

Why the time of SantoDomingo? Because we are a group of programmers from several countries
(several different times).
The first 10 developers to finish and upload compressed programs earn 5 points for programswithin the
established time, if you go up after hours will be less 1 point per program.
The first from 10 to 20 developers to finish and upload compressed programs earn 5 points forprograms within the established time, if you go up after hours will be less 1 point per program.
And remaining programmers earn 2 points, if you go up after hours will be less 1 point perprogram.
When finished the project and the challenges those who obtain higher scores will also administrators
group.
Some will be in the challenge just to be in the competition and provehimself a programmer regardless
of the ultimate prize, and I'll be one of the participants, because I have not done any of the challenges,
so I thought, I'll see in the  stretch.
