A.DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEXT

In the province of El Oro, the system of goodeducation through two marked way known like education in sciences with normative of the Universidad Andina of the reform of technical education, maintained in the legal sustenance in the ministerial agreements N° 3425 of the 27 of August of the 2004, the 0334 of the 18 of October of the 2005 and the 468 of the 29 of September of the 2006.

Indicating that the reform has the qualitatively intentionto improve the subsystem of education through qualifications that promote the cooperation, resource optimization and organizational model that guarantees the excellence in the benefit of the educative service.

Traditionally the technical education, has been considered like the space of transmission of the inherent knowledge to the profession, consisting of concepts, methods and theaccomplishment of practices, that serve to develop in the student the capacities for the performance of the profession that has chosen considering that to train a professional also includes the development of a series of attitudes.

INTRODUCTION

The main point of this investigation work, is to let it know the foundation and the justification developed of competitions has been in the educational systemof province of El Oro, through the work of technical education and, likewise to give to know the advantages, of allowing to the educational institutions to intrude in the development and process of the education of quality and to determine the legality with which the technical education is managed in our country.

So, to our group number seven have belonged together to make use of our inventiveone of espionage in the arduous work of investigating in those institutions where they have implanted the technical education based on competitions, and diverse summaries that serve us as support to enlarge our investigative work.

Observing the possible development of the work and the educational qualitysecretly in the world, to know that it is not possible to establish homogeneous purposes forthe systems of technical education and vocational training, as well as neither to apply methods, uniform strategies in social, economic, productive and labor realities, strongly different when the investigative work has given as a result, the secret search of the records and the feasibility of sharing the technical education between Europe and the Latin American countries where our country isincluded, it is framed to justify that through the diverse state politicians, we will demonstrate the systems of political, social, economic life that depend on the necessary changes of results of minds and committed hearts with the ideas and with the future of the society to the one that we belong.

Also, we synthesize the importance of the technical education in our times, where each one of thecountries of the third world, they look for to obtain better achievements for their nation, through the big investments that they carry out the developed countries and that the evolution processes that have arisen as product of the technological development, are manifested in the human environments of allowing working possibilities and I progress.
