Racism

Racism is generally understood as either belief that different racial groups are characterized by intrinsic characteristics or abilities and that some such groups aretherefore naturally superior to others,  or as practices that discriminate against members of particular racial groups, for example by perpetuating unequal access to resourcesbetween groups.
The definition of racism is controversial both because there is little scholarly agreement about what the word "race" means, and because there is also little agreementabout what does and doesn't constitute discrimination.
Even all the humans belong to the same species (Homo sapiens). The races are distinguished for the color of the skin, andeye shape, size of the lips etc. All the scientists have come to concluded that these differences between the people are superficial. All the scientists by agreed that all themembers of the species Homo sapiens have more in common than differences. The humanity continuous sees on the characteristics that are perceived externally to accept or reject a person.The humans are outwardly different in appearance. The problem arises when the disease symptoms are evident: intolerance, hatred and separation. We have to see the positive line;we can embrace the differences of the people around the earth.

How it affects us.
In the school the racism affects us significantly, and that’s because we use the uniform to nodiscriminate anyone. If anyone has any obvious disease such like a mental retardation suffers bullying

Solution:
Teach us all to respect a person, that a people back or whitedoes not worse or better. To respect that the people with mental retardation are the most wonderful people, and not criticize from the outside until we know the person better.
