Globalization has influenced on HRM in all aspect: Recruitment,selection, training, motivation, compensations, and quality management. The globalization has meant that when company open division in other country some of its employees must be mobilized to takeover the company.
When going global, a business has to reconsider the following aspect: (1) Employment Laws, (2) Culture, (3) Terminology, and (4) Corporate Social Responsibility.
