IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The organizations have a common element: all are made up of people. People carry out progress, achievements and mistakes by their organizations. It istherefore no exaggeration to say that is the most precious resource. If someone availability of substantial capital, modern equipment and facilities clean but lacked a group of people, or they are consideredmisdirected, with little incentive, with minimal motivation for defogging functions, the success would be impossible.

The real importance of human resources across the enterprise is in its abilityto deliver responsive and willing to performance objectives and opportunities, and these efforts to obtain satisfaction, both to comply with the work as found in the environment thereof. It requiresright people with the right combination of knowledge and skills are in place and at the right time to perform the necessary work.

A company is composed of human beings come together for mutualbenefit, and the company formed or destroyed for the quality or behavior of its people. What distinguish a company are its people who have skills to use knowledge of all kinds. It is only through the humanresources that other resources can be used effectively.

Las organizaciones poseen un elemento común: todas están integradas por personas. Las personasllevan a cabo los avances, los logros y los errores de sus organizaciones. Por eso no es exagerado afirmar que constituyen el recurso más preciado. Si alguien dispusiera de cuantiosos capitales,equipos modernos e instalaciones impecables pero careciera de un conjunto de personas, o éstas se consideraran mal dirigidas, con escasos alicientes, con mínima motivación para desempañar sus funciones,el éxito sería imposible.
