Uluru is a big rock in Australia, in a big hotel near Uluru, two men want to kill the police commissioner. A person knows one of the men, and writes aletter to the police.
The police read the letter and talks with Steve Malone, he wants to find the killer. The killer´s name start with “M”. Thenames of three people in the hotel start with “M”. They´re Eric Manton, he is a doctor, Micky Monru, she is a signer and Willian Mortimer, he is abusinessman. Steve writes about them in his book. He arrives in Uluru, he puts the bag under the bed.
He comes back to his room and find a young woman, sheis Selly Peters , she works for a newspaper. She wants to help him.
They´re going to eat, and They´re watching the people. William Mortiner iseating, Dr. Manton is with his daughter and Mickey Monru is with her manager.
They come back to Steve´s room and find a letter. The letter says ““M” isthe wrong man”.
It´s Sunday morning. The people from the hotel are going to climb the rock. And Steve and Selly are going into the rooms. At theMunro´s room, her manager find Steve and Selly, He has a gun but he talks with them. He is afraid for Micky. The manager tells
“Mickey knows Dr.Mantonand the man at the hotel isn´t Dr Manton”. Selly says, “Dr. Manton is the killer and Manton´s daughter writes the letters”.
They find her. Shecan´t move, and she says “that man isn´t my father, he´s a killer” . Steve wants to catch the killer and Sally is going to help Joan and her father
