Continuing the history:

He felt uncomfortable, but he didn’t want to be bad mannered so he accepted her invitation. She gave him a cup of coffee and a donut, that’s when he felt like home. He realized she lived alone because there wasn’t anybody. Then, he heard some weird noises and he was scarred. To calm the things, he made up his mind to ask her: Why do you live alone?

He noticed her sadface and she answered: My family died in a car crush. I was traveling with them, I was the driver. My son and my daughter were fighting. I turned to see them and told them to stop. I was so distracted, and a car was coming in front of us. The last thing I heard was my husband’s voice telling me: Stop! Stop! I opened my eyes and I saw my family next to me bleeding. I got closer to my husband andhe looked at me. I said: Don’t close your eyes. He answered: You’re the best thing that could have ever happened to me. I love you. I felt a tear in my check and I told him the same.
I was in the hospital, and after that I felt very sad in months. I couldn’t get their death out of my mind, I dreamed with that every night. And one day, I decided to come to live here because it was the best thing Icould do to forget the tragic accident.
He was really confused because he thought she was going to be a bad person with an evil laugh but he realized the old woman was looking for a person to talk with. So, he asked her about her bad reputation and she told him that like everybody listened to shouts at her home they thought she killed people or she was a witch, but it was her cry.
Shecontinued: I missed my family everyday and I thought it was my fault. Then I made up my mind to overpower it. I started to go out but people still saw me very scarred. I kept moving forward even when it hurt really badly.
He felt fine with himself because he was the only one who hasn’t judged her. He realized she was a good old woman.
She asked him: So, why did you come?. And he answered: Because I likeadventure and I believe in witches and ghosts. I came to see if there was any in this house. I followed the people’s comments but with sadness I see all they told me wasn’t true. Now, it’s late and I don’t have a place to stay. Then, she invited him to stay overnight.
When, he was going to sleep he looked through the window and saw the scary trees around the house. He felt a little scarred but hetrusted in the lady’s history. He was lying in bed but he couldn’t sleep. So, at 3 am he woke up to drink some water, while he walked for going to the kitchen he heard something really strange. He followed those noises and he discovered the house had a basement. He went down stairs. In that moment, he really didn’t know what to expect. Have he heard the truth from people’s comments? Did the oldwoman say what really happened? Too many things were in his head but he decided to keep going.
He saw a lot of stands with little bottles which had inside colorful drinks. It looked like a chemistry laboratory. Beyond, everything was dark and there wasn’t any switch to on the light. Suddenly he took notice of a tiny light coming from the back. He was going there and he was so surprised. He saw theold woman with a huge black hat and with a long black dress making some mysterious drink in a boiler. It was really murky for him. He realized he had been deceived. She was a witch and he couldn’t believe it.
When he was going to run he threw an object to the ground. The lady heard that and instantly she turned to see him and catch him. Her plan had become ruined. She couldn’t believe what wasgoing on. No one of her plans had failed and this wasn’t going to be the exception.
He ran to get out of the house but the old woman run fast too or that’s what he thought. When he turned to see, she was flying. It was unbelievable. He tried to reach the door as quickly as possible, but the witch said a spell and locked every door and window in the house.
