Resumen
En el presente trabajo de investigación nos preguntamos “En qué medida el pago por concepto de Asignación Extraordinaria por Trabajo Asistencial (AETAS) contribuye a mejorar la situación económica del personal de salud”.
El siguiente estudioesperamos demostrar que las AETAS pueden contribuir
a mejorar la situación socio económica del trabajador de salud, favoreciéndolo en diferentes aspectos como, salud, educación, alimentación, otros, y por ende la mejora de estilos de vida.
La investigación se ha desarrollado sobre en base a los siguientes puntos: El primer capítulo trata del Problema de la Investigación a través de su descripción ylimitaciones del problema, objetivos de la investigación; en el segundo capitulo se trata sobre el Marco Teórico se plantea las variables; el tercer capítulo, sobre el Marco Metodológico dando a conocer la hipótesis, conceptos básicos, metodología y métodos de la investigación, la población y muestra a obtener; el cuarto capitulo tratara sobre los resultados, es decir su descripción y discusión;en el quinto capitulo trataremos de las conclusiones y sugerencias.
Esperamos contribuir a tener instrumentos de medición que ayude a medir la relación costo beneficio, entre lo que percibe un trabajadores del sector salud, el mejorar su calidad de vida, la atención que se brinda al usuario eterno en los establecimientos de salud y su identificación con la institución a la que pertenece.Abstract
In the present we asked research work in what measure the payment by way of Extraordinary assignment for Helping work ( AETAS ) contributes to improve the economic situation of the staff of health.
We expected to demonstrate the following study that the AETAS can contribute
To improve the situation partner economic of the worker of health, favoring it in different aspects like, health,education, nutrition, other ones, and consequently the improvement of styles of life.
Investigation has developed be more than enough on the basis of the following points: The first chapter deals with the problem of the Investigation through its description and limitations of the problem, objectives of investigation; In the second chapter he talks to each other on the theoretic Frame variablesare put forward; The third chapter, on the frame methodological disclosing the hypothesis, basic concepts, methodology and methods of investigation, the population and sample to obtain; I surrender the room try on the results, that's to say your description and discussion; In the fifth chapter we will try of the findings and suggestions.
We expected to contribute to have instruments ofmeasurement that the cost-benefit ratio helps to take measurements, so that you perceive one workers of the sector cheers, to improve your quality of life, the attention that one makes a toast to the eternal user at the establishments of health and his identification with the institution it belongs to.
