Zara

Since his creation in a small town of Galicia in 1975, Zara has grown exponentially, thanks to his magnificent vision of business.

Even in this epoch, in which the current economic situation hassuffered a general decline, Inditex, parent company, which integrates Zara, and many others has managed to increase it’s profits by about 30% compared to the same period of last year. 

This is dueto the force that is already achieving in emerging markets, such as Asia, which currently accounts for 20% of total sales.
For all these reasons, it is difficult to make recommendations to one of themost successful companies in the world.

In first place, I think Zara should follow, some of the strategies of competitors, such as Primark and H&M. 

Zara has focused on reducing costs, and Ithink that if Zara adopts the idea who practice the other two companies, which is not have in their stores warehouses, therefore, the only products available are those who are the public view, wouldget their goal more efficiently. On the one hand a recommendation, would be provide advanced training courses for employees in each job, in which quality aspects are addressed in how to work in thecompany, because all this will affect positively on customers, and increase the overall quality of the company. On the other hand, I also think it would be a good idea, It consists on defining andspecialize to the employees in the activities to be performed. Finally, I also believe that Zara has to pay extra hours worked because workers have signed to work for certain hours without include extrahours.

In regard to any other company, in particular Primark, I would positively recommend, that would be begin on online marketing business, to compete on equal terms with Zara, and to increaseprofits considerably, because Primark can reach more customers, and also, reduce costs, for example on employees, which would cause a decrease in the sales price, and could become a competitive...
