In order to obtain a high performance management organization, Bacardi-Martini activity is achieve by performance management. Through this the company pretends to get better results from the organization, teams and people by measuring and managing performance within an organized plan that contains the main objectives and competence requirements;in order to obtain and improved the performance in the business; identifying and satisfying learning and development needs.

When an organization applies performance management is means that the input offer by the employees is taken into account, it helps to know that their contributions are being acknowledge, it is an on-going process of good communication between the leaders, managers andemployees for each year worked in the company or organization this is due to the accomplishments of the strategic objectives the company have. This process of communication requires: setting the objectives, vision of the company, mission of the company, clarifying expectations, setting objectives, identifying goals, feedback and evaluating processes. (Armstrong, 2000)

The performancemanagement is a cycle it is obtain throughout a year that varies year to year based on the objectives established for each period. To obtain effective performance management in an organization sets the foundation for rewarding excellence in their employees. Bacardi-Martini organization obtains performance mange through these steps:

- High visibility and accessibility of the leaders in theorganization

- Creation of high performance through the leaders of the firm

- Enable the leadership to build up a value-based organization

- Company values by PACT (productivity, accountability, creativity, teamwork) this are the performance factors.

- Extensive range of benefits for the employers and their families.

- Organizational performance is obtained by linkingthem to the benefits given.

- Career progression in the organization; value-based.

- There are innovative tools to create better communication processes.

- Introduction of concepts in order to be constantly innovating ideas in the organization.

- Build a company able to handle possible resistant to change

These steps taken by the organization has made them a highperformance working business, by rewarding the performance of their employees and obtaining the feedback that they contribute into account (Adams, 2007). The company has set goals and has made a plan based operational strategy to obtain this; It has created a program for evaluating the results of this appraisal through regular check in discussions and most important it has kept their employeesmotivated to achieved the company’s goals and be satisfy in the working environment the performed in.
