Yoga and Meditation

The Yoga and the Meditation was developed more than 5.000 years for the Indian wise. Yoga is a Sanskrit word, and it means union… union of thebody, the mind and the spirit.

Yoga consists of physical exercises or positions (Asanas) with special exercises of breathing (Pranayamas), gestures of fingers and hands (Mudras), corporalcontractions (Bhandas), Mantras intonation and Meditation.

Yoga helps us to stop the internal conflict that causes stress and it wastes so much energy and vital force, in order that we could haveneutrality, serenity, quietude, and peace.

And it allows us to be conscious of our thoughts., to reach physical and mental flexibility, to raise our spiritual presence and to find a meaning and intention inthe life.

Kundalini Yoga

Asanas : physical exercises or positions
They serve to stimulate glands or organs, because they press nerves or points in order to inciting the brainor the body to produce specific results

Pranayamas: exercises or positions with special exercises of breathing

Mudras: gestures of fingers and hands
It catches and guides the flow of energyand reflexes to the brain

Bhandas:
Corporal keys or muscular contractions that are applied to retain and to canalize the body force.

Mantras entonation
The mantras are sounds or words thatrepresent high concepts about Love, Truth, and God.

OM : It means the combination of the physical with the spiritual thing; It’s an invocation “to call to the Divinity that lives inside of ourselves”NAMASTE : It means “ I greet the God who lives inside of you " SAT NAM : It means " the Truth is my identity "

ONG NA MO GURU DEV NA MO
It s the mantra that we use to tune ourselves with thehighest frequency of our being and our internal teacher, opens us for our spiritual way
