Research Question
Should Colegio Americano build a Research center/Cyber?Rationale
A research center with computers with approximately three computers and with printing and a copy center will hugely benefit students and even teachers, this will also include supply materials, such as folders, pens pencils, cardboards ect. The main problem that I wish to solve is that most of the time students do not have ink in order to print their home works, or some teachers sendbig quantities of material to be printed and student wont like to print that at home. Also by offering the service of selling school supplies student can have access to folders or cardboards and varieties of pencils or pens when they have lost theirs.
Theoretical Framework
I plan to analyze considerations such as:
* One survey to students: in order to find out if a site like this would getthe appreciation of students and the other for the teaches if they would use a place like this for example in getting copies when they need it.
* Specifically interviews with: Principal of Secondary, Primary and with the Blue Hill, preschool is not included because not really necessary there.
Preparing a SWOT analysis relating to the potential opportunities and threats to see if this is aviable and good option on the CA.

Methodology
Primary research
As mentioned above I will make one survey, it will be for students to see if they need a place a like this on school, and if they do will they come? Also on the survey there will be questions related to prices, like how much for a printing or the starting cost for being on a computer,
Interviews will be made to the principals ofthe areas of the school that will probably be needed, these are: High School Section, Primary Section, and the new part of the school the Blue Hill College in order to see what are the requirements for a business to open on school

Secondary research
Review of secondary source as online information about the school, Information on the laws to open a place that offers these services on theschools.
Search on web for things such as advices when opening locals like this and recommendation of prices or what machines to buy, what type of internet, how any are necessary and what would be my spending on papers and ink cartridges.
Possible Problems
* School principals not so eager to help me with my research
* Not sincere answers to the surveys made
* People not interested on aplace like this
Solutions
* Try to make this a good an attractive decision in order to have support from the directors
* Do small and precise questions so people answer with will and not get overloaded of questions
* Try to “sell” this idea by before I hand them the survey, I will make a quick summary of what I am doing and make them like it
