I N T R O D U C T I O NEveryone has an opinion on whether or not it is right to clone another human being. The experiences of the past decade, cloning of higher mammals caused a wide debate in society based on fear of implementing such techniques in humans. This article addresses the ethical, legal and social issues that has generated at different levels since the beginning of this possibility. Emphasizing that cloning makesevery human being a moral philosopher as the only debate between representatives of various school of thought can shed light on the proper limits of research in safeguarding the human person and freedom of research .
