To heart the word "chocolate" we think in a bar and it's differents forms. But when they say cocoa we think of good cupof hot chocolate. It say that it is the best food, because it has all the vitaminas, proteins and aminoacids. And you can pass the life eating only thecocoa beans. The Aztec and Mayan Indians so much appreciated.

The word chocolate is an Aztec word "(xocatl)". Cocoa is the grain which means food ofthe gods. Chocolate was used as currency in the Pre-Columbian era. Also you could a swap for other foods for it's value. At that time was believed thatthe drink of cocoa had powers, came from the star. It was used in the ceremonies of social life of the Indians.

The discovery of America found thecocoa , but was very bitter drink and not taste. How this drink is blend with honey or sugar is became popular. The people believed was medicated andaphrodisiac. Only people rich had access to chocolate.

With the invention of machines was made possible the elaboration in mass and became more peoplepopular. In 1847, Dutchman creates first bars of chocolate to the mix with milk and this made it more popular. Them create differents brands of chocolatethat we know so far.

Cocoa sowings are very profitable in America, because it's grains are very negotiated in the chocolate industry. In Europe andAmerica by companies that manufacture kinds of products.

For me it's truth, it's a food that the gods left us. I die for a chocolate bar every day
