Greek chickpea soup (REZIBIA)
250 grs. Dried chickpeas
2 onions, coarsely chopped
4tablespoons olive oil
1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 liters of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon (best to start with half the juice and adding more totaste)
