AVE AND LEMON SOUP

1 liters of chicken stock over
Thyme
4 handful of thin noodles

SHRIMP SOUP

800 g prawns

1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon tomato concentrate
1 tablespoon flour

SOPA DEVERDURA A LA GRIEGA

200 gr. mixed vegetables soup
1 liter beef broth
1 egg yolk oil
Natural yoghurt 2
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
Grated peel of one lemon

Greek Tomato soup with pastaAn onion, a carrot, a stalk of celery, 2 cloves of garlic, a kilo of tomatoes, and a half liters of water or light chicken broth, a branch of basil, 50 cc. olive oil 2 bay leaves, a clove, salt, 2tablespoons sugar, 100 gr. sparklers noodles or pasta, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, 100 cc. cream (optional).

Greek chickpea soup (REZIBIA)
250 grs. Dried chickpeas
2 onions, coarsely chopped
4tablespoons olive oil
1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
2 liters of water
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon (best to start with half the juice and adding more totaste)

GREEK MEATBALLS WITH LEMON SAUCE
500 g minced lamb
1 / 2 chopped onion tiny
6 C.S. Long grain rice
4 C.S. Chopped parsley
2 c. Salt tea
Freshly ground black pepper
4 C.S.Ice water
White rice for serving

For lemon sauce:
2 large egg yolks
2 C.S. Lemon juice
3 cups chicken broth
