Italian cuisine has a great variety of different ingredients which are commonly used, ranging from fruits, vegetables, sauces, cheese, breads, meats etc.It is also well known for its use of a diverse variety of pasta. Pasta includes noodles in various lengths, widths and shapes, and varieties that arefilled with other ingredients like ravioli, tortellini and fettuccini.
Fettuccini Alfred is a popular Italian dish in America, and also, my favorite. Thisrecipe originated in Rome, Italy. It was invented by di Lelio at his restaurant Alfredo alla Scrofa in 1914. The recipe contains alfredo sauce, which ismade out of parmesan cheese and butter. You can also accompany the pasta with chicken, beef, shrimp, broccoli or garlic Garlic bread is also part of theItalian Cuisine. Garlic bread typically consists of bread topped with garlic and olive oil or butter. It is often made out of baguette or Italian bread.
Ichoose these two recipes because they are my favorite. I am a really big fanatic of cheese and when I first tasted fettuccini alfredo, I was amazed. Ialso like adding on pieces of chicken to the pasta because the sauce mixes really well with the chicken. Garlic bread is another recipe I choose because itgoes great with the pasta and it taste very good too.
Italian cuisines have many varieties from vegetables to meats and sauces. Each Italian recipe has aunique delicious taste to it. I recommend everyone for people to try Italian food. In my opinion, I think Italian food is the best food out there.
