Given the document “The Activity of Human Resources and Its Importance in Situations of Crisis” it informs us about thedifficulties and the challenges that the human resources department face in a situation of crisis. It’s critical to understand that thus department plans and discusses strategies for the bettering ofthe organization, given this we should understand the importance and challenges that face the human resources department.
Every day the human resources are faced with the absolute need to meet therequirements that are labeled to the improvement of jobs. In the difficult situations their challenge is to motivate employees by reducing labor costs or in the other hand applying new payments policies.To better understand how the human resources are able to perform these tasks we have to comprehend its function, which is dealing with employees that are known to be the generators of profit. Now adays organizations are facing a crisis and the human resources has had to make changes to be able to return to normality, this normality phase is recognized to be the state in which the company areat its best devoid of any uncertainties. In this situation the human resources should be the leaders by asking themselves what ifs, without out the fear of change. Second of all they should debate andplan objectives for the future that will better the company or organization. Last of all, the human resources department that during a crisis there will be “red alerts” these red alerts could besituations that could degenerate profit, they should plan and recognize this conditions.
To better understand and comprehend the human resources department we have to know the importance and need of thusdepartment in a company.
