LA INFLUENCIA DE LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL EN LAS PERSONAS DENTRO DE SU EMPRESA

LA INFLUENCIA DE LA INTELIGENCIA EMOCIONAL EN LAS PERSONAS DENTRO DE SU EMPRESA
RESUMEN
Actualmente el hombre enfrenta muchas situaciones en su vidalaboral que en muchas ocasiones se tornan difíciles de resolver en las cuales el hombre será el indicado para buscar su solución pero tendrá que vencer muchos obstáculos que se le presentarán también hasta en la vida personal, pues no solo dependerá de él enfrentar sus problemas sino también de la forma en que se de cada situación.
Por ello es necesario mencionar que la inteligencia emocionalinfluirá muchas veces en la empresa, ya que tiene como fundamento determinar la manera en que influye en la personas dentro de su empresa en donde los trabajadores muestran diferentes actitudes ante las desiguales situaciones que ocurren en su empresa y hasta pueden dejar su trabajo por factores que los afectan en distintas circunstancias acontecidas en su trabajo.
Finalmente se llegó a laconclusión de que la manera en que la inteligencia emocional influye en las personas dentro su empresa es de forma positiva debido a que permitirá que el trabajador tenga un mejor desempeño en su trabajo pues le permitirá controlar sus impulsos, emociones y a saber llegar a la solución de los problemas que se le presenten en distintas situaciones sintiéndose motivados por lograr sus metas.THE INFLUENCE OF THE EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE PERSONS INSIDE HIS COMPANY
ABSTRACT
Nowadays the man faces many situations in his labor life that in many occasions they return difficult to resolve in which the man will be the indicated one to look for his solution but will have to conquer many obstacles that will appear him also even in the personal life, since not only hewill depend of facing his problems but also of the form in which of every situation.
For it is necessary to mention that the emotional intelligence will influence often the company, since it has as foundation determine the way in which it influences the personas inside his company where the workers show different attitudes before the unequal situations that happen in his company and even they canleave his work for factors that they affect in different circumstances happened in his work.
Finally it managed to the conclusion of which the way in which the emotional intelligence influences in the persons inside his company is positively due to the fact that it will be allowed that the worker should have a better performance in his work since it will allow him to control his impulses,emotions and to be able to come to the solution of the problems that appear him in different situations feeling motivated for achieving his goals.
