USE THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO DELEVELOP A DOCUMENT TO SENT TO YOUR TEACHER
THESE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PART 1 OF FINAL EXAMN - SIMULATION.
The simulation is base con the british company TK MAXX , before you go to part 2 you must select a product from TK MAXX web site http://www.tkmaxx.com/ surf on their site and select a product you like to do the research.Once you have selected the product you will start to build the brand personality from your product. Answering the following questions and doing a document to be sent to your teacher.
1. What do they want to communicate your brand?
2. Who do you want to communicate your brand? (Target audience)
3. What medium (s) used to communicate with their customers?

2. What does it mean your brand to their customers?
3. What are the characteristics that distinguish its customers today?
4. How will your brand be perceived by its customers?
5. Which one (s) are consumer attitudes towards your brand?
6. How customers use the brand or the brand is one of many customers use?
7. Does the brand relationship with customers is rational or emotional?
8.What are the level of affection / affinity of customers with your brand?

MARKET

2. What is your participation? (Compared to competition)
3. What is your strategy?
4. What is your value proposition?
5. Defining our competitors direct / indirect:

1. Who buys our product?

4. How do you make the purchase decision? Who will take and what role does it play?
5. What do customers buy? What needs be met?
