Independent, intelligent woman. 1902 – Year of birth. MADRID 1928 -Exhibition promoted by Ortega y Gasset 1930 -She drew with Dalí the illustrations for several articles.1932 -She made exhibitions in PARIS with great sucess. 1934 -She was head of departament in artistics schools. 1936 -The Salón ‘Friends of the New Arts’ was founded: 1ª exhibition: Picasso. 2ªexhibition: Maruxa Mallo.

Buenos Aires 1937 –Her successes in Paris open to her the door in the high Buenosairean society. Relations with the Galician republicans as Seoane, Dieste,... Her exhibitionsfollow one another in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, New York,...

MADRID 1961 – It is not the city in which she had lived. Now is governed by that they expelled her. Her friends were buried or exiled.After moments of loneliness she is integrated again in the artistic atmosphere where she is never unnoticed 1974 – She begin to expose her pictures again. The recognition of the institutions arrivesat the end of her life: 1982- Gold Metal of Ministerio de Cultura 1990 –Medad to the Merit in Beautiful Arts 1990 – Prize of Plastic Arts. 1991 – Gold Metal of Xunta de Galicia
