RESUMEN
Este proyecto de investigación está dirigido al grado tercero Ce de la institución Educativa Fabio Riveros del municipio de Villanueva Casanare con la participación de los padres de familia, se pretende alcanzar un desarrollo del 100% en el aprendizaje de la multiplicación en cada estudiante, el ejerciciopedagógico consiste en interactuar, realizar ejercicios e interrelacionar las herramientas de las tics con diferentes transacciones que se pueden efectuar en un mega almacén donde se comercializa con toda clase de productos y marcas, con valores reales, compras y ventas al por mayor y por unidad. Este proceso donde se interactúa con videos, láminas, ejercicios y dibujos mantiene al estudiante motivado ydispuesto, es un aprendizaje ameno, divertido que captura la atención de los estudiantes facilitando el aprendizaje de la multiplicación. Este proyecto se evalúa continuamente con el cumplimiento en la realización de tareas, resolución de casos en el salón de clases y evaluaciones periódicas; el estudiante estará en capacidad de responder a situaciones de multiplicación considerando losestándares propuestos por el ministerio de educación nacional para el grado tercero y la preparación del área de matemáticas para el grado cuarto.

ABSTRACT
A goal of teaching math for third grade is learning the multiplication operation that has hindered the student, insome cases producing phobia, lack of interest in the area, desertion, loss of the year and in some cases school failure. Communicative Computer technology offers alternative solutions we can find playful exercises hypermedia tools to facilitate learning of multiplication. This research project is aimed at third level educational institution Ce Fabio Villanueva Township Riveros Casanare with theparticipation of parents, is to achieve a 100% growth in learning multiplication in each student, the exercise teaching is to interact, exercise and interrelate ICT tools with different transactions that can be performed in a mega store which sells all kinds of products and brands, with real values, buying and selling wholesale and per unit. This process which interacts with videos, pictures, anddrawings exercises keeps motivated and willing student, learning is fun, fun that captures the attention of students to facilitate learning of multiplication. The exercises will develop according to the laws of multiplication with a variety of approaches to situations of commercial calculation. This project is continually evaluates compliance in performing tasks, solving cases in the classroom andperiodic evaluations, the student will be able to respond to situations of multiplication considering the standards proposed by the Ministry of Education for the degree third and preparation area for fourth grade math.
