INTRODUCCIÓN

El ser humano por naturaleza es un ser social y nunca se aísla. Desde las sociedades existen las normas. Hay cuatro tipos de normas:morales, religiosas, jurídicas y sociales. A las norma las podemos definir como algo que regula elcomportamiento frente a otros, señala que comportamientos se deben de seguir y actuar, pues impone unaactitud   de bien social. Para el hombre es necesario estar sujeto a normas para darles solución a sus conflictos y mantener un orden social. Durante mucho tiempo se ha visto que las normas cambian queregulan elcomportamiento del hombre pues cambias las necesidades e intereses del mismo. Para un orden social son necesarias las normas jurídicas cuyos fines pueden concebir:
