Personal Statement:
Success in today's fast changingenvironment will heavily depend on our ability to cope with these changes. In some cases we need to drive the changes and shape the future, in some other circumstances we need to adapt and takeadvantage of changes.
My motivation is strongly driven by the certainess that there is always a new and untapped way to conduct business that leads to superior and more sustainableresults; this applies to all the aspect of the business and life.
There is not always an easy way to materialize that "new way to skin the cat" and that is what makes it more challenging.
