First of all, we must to be clear that in a school the material for doing the class it is not the only necessary for to do a good class. If we do not understand that there are different kinds ofstudents and there are different ways for to teach and catch the attention of them, we will never can teach in a good way. The materials in this case will not help us so much.
I could see that therelation between teachers, principal, auxiliaries and students it is so important because is in that moment that the student learn about respect, modals and hierarchies. So they learn that they can not doall the things that they want; they can do the things that are correct in the correct moment.
It is important to mention that the relation between teacher and student change in some case. Forexample, if one student is shy and quite, we must give him confidence and maybe in that case we need to be more closer than with other students for to try that this student feel comfortable in the classroom. We do not know if the student has a problem and for that reason we need to do that this problem change for a fortress.
But, there are other cases like students want attention or, in other cases,want revenge. In that case we need to have a relation farthest and the person that give the rules and the things that they must to do it is the teacher.
I could see all the cases that exist in thatschool and also I compare with the first practice and I saw that still exists a huge difference between semi private and public schools because in the first case they did not have a lot of material(audiovisual materials or others ) and these students did not have much interest in the class in contrast of my second practice that they enjoy so much the class with audiovisual material that the schoolgive them.
