 PRIMERA PARTE: ANTEPROYECTO

INTRODUCTION
“The one who receives his/her friends and do not take any personal care over the food that has
been prepared, do not deserve to have friends". Anonymous
Eating fast is not synonymous of eating bad; the tendency is to create alternatives in order to eat
fast, light and healthy, as long as this modality is not abused of.
We all know the problemsof the so called "Fast Food" offered by the specialized market, they
are all overly caloric food and fat and hydrate exceeded also with fiber, vitamin and mineral in
decrease. If this is not enough, the saturated fat and cholesterol proportion over the non-saturated
one is extreme, besides this food contains lots of additive.
The consecuences of this kind of feeding, when it becomes a habit,may be very serious for
health; We will gain weight and our cholesterol will increase, besides of suffering several
nutrition lacks, which will appear in the way this food replace other more healthy.
But the previous mentioned doesn't mean that we should spend our live among the stewpot, as it
is possible to eat fast and healthy; the key is choosing variated and healthy food, so we can have abalanced diet and of course, do not abuse of this fast food, and occasionally appeal to more
elaborated and complete dishes.
