INTRODUCTION

The study of the characteristics, functions and uses of language in human social structure has aroused and continues to inspire in our days in the interest of a number of researchers. From fields as diverse as sociology, linguistics, psychology sociolinguistic and psycholinguistic. It can distinguish the study and analysis of the uses of language in different social situations of a linguistic communitygiven.
 Secondly, the study takes the psycholinguistic features of the linguistic behavior of social groups that compose a single speech community and analysis of possible differences between these behaviors.

So society evolves at the same time language does and the evolution come with changes that are adapted according to the social changes. The creativity of individuals to create languagehas been able create new words with different meaning that individuals adapt to their own context and lifestyle. Study a language as a phenomenon is so difficult. People are always using and creating new lexicon one example of this is “La Casimba” community, individual from there are all the time acquiring new lexicon and also giving it different meaning apply in different context. To create orestablish a glossary on the lexicon acquired by people of low socioeconomic level, in this for the community aforementioned is hard work, because all the time the meaning of words and their uses change in accelerated way.

The main point is how young people and adults unconsciously acquire the meaning of each word and its meaning ambiguous in context and how they apply those word or part of theirlexicon in their daily routine . The acquisition of new words by the youth people of this community is due to many factors which will later be discuss in this research. Chadwick and Riviera (1991) assume that cognitive skills are mental operations that help individuals to integrate information acquired through the senses, and created and internal knowledge structure in this sense some authorsassume that when the individual acquires new vocabulary is due to an internal process where information is processed and replaced it by creating a mental structure due to the strong semantic load that gives the context in which they develop individuals
