Introduction

This report will show that our goal was to create a Recruit Select and Induct package for an International Educational Institute that we called Nspire Institute. Thisreport will also demonstrate how four individuals have come together with different ideas and backgrounds to create a team.
This report acknowledges our understanding of how a RSI package is researched and tailored for business, and our business in particular. Through research and creativity our team has created its own version of the RSI package.
Team work is a group of people coming together toachieve the same goal, group work is merely a group of people working in the same place not necessarily as a team.

Nspire Institute

Before interview

Job Analysis
Tasks were divided up between team members to find six Administration Assistant positions within the print or on online media.
Our team came back to class where we shared everyone’s information amongst team members, onceread and items discussed we placed them in piles of what was relevant to our task.
Person analysis/person description
We discussed/brainstormed what personal qualities and qualifications the person should have that we would want to have working for us. The person analysis was based on what we felt was important to an administration assistant working within an educational facility. They had tobe patient have good communication skills, be bi-lingual and a good working knowledge of administration procedures.
Job Description
To develop the Job Description for the Administrative Assistant/Secretary, the first step was for each person in the team to do some research on the internet and find job descriptions for a similar job position. We then combined our research to create a list of keyselection criteria and a list of attributes and skills for the job description.
Permission to advertise
After class discussion we did some research in internet and then we decide which was the best example was for our company and we create our permission form. As Lisa had some prior knowledge of what a permission to advertise form entailed, it was decided that we could use her knowledge aswell as doing some research on the internet. The form that we decided to make (see appendix one) was we thought the best representation for our institute.
Job Advertisement
We collect some advertisement from internet or newspaper, every one of us got four examples, we read all of this, and we chose the best of each advertisement and we adapted it for our advertisement.
