Sueños

If you are looking for a love story, maybe a comedy, some kind of a teenage drama, or regular fiction, you would not find it here. In fact, this is not a tale, it is a dream... or perhaps a reality. I am uncertain of the true nature of this story, it could be possible that someday we will get to know its origin.

Parte One - Useless

Everything is ready: beverages, food, plates, cups, ice.All set and organized in the kitchen of D's house. D is a girl, she is 22 years old, smart, reliable, great listener, dark brown wavy hair and green eyes; she's also the one having a party, nothing big, just a gathering with some friends to celebrate her birthday, bad luck it is a monday. It's only 12 pm, but it doesn't matter, some of her friends arrived at her house and almost kidnapped her to goand have lunch at G's house.

G is also a girl, creativ, intelligent, weird in a good way, always fighting and always in need to be right; the oldest of the group, she has been living for a lot of strange years, she wore thick framed glasses and had red hair. The lunch is having place at her house. It is an apartment located at a four stories building in the middle of City V. It only has threeapartments, two of them shared the terrace roof, and one belongs to G's family, it provides a great 360 degrees view of the bussiest streets of the city, and a front view of and old building on the north side of the roof.

Lunchtime: homemade hotdogs, peach tea, cabbage and carrot salad, and a box of chocolate flavoured Flips for dessert. At this time there are six persons there, we already knowtwo of them, the other four are A, T, R and N. A is an achiever, very smart, focused, analytical and funny girl, with dark brown hair and eyes, she is a unique part of the bunch. T and A were friends before the group got together, even though they seem very different. T is a great girl, very friendly when you get to know her, but with a strong personality that matches her fierce light red hair andher amazing taste in music. R and N are the boys of the group, while R enjoys his alone time, N is more outgoing, always surrounded by people, both know their ways around with computers and have amazing sense of humor.

This is useless information, just a mere background of the people involved here. Now, let us get into the main subject.

Part II - A Light In The Sky

R, N haveleft. They went to buy more supplies for the party. The girls now stand at the terrace, talking about meaningless facts of life while they look at the street life of City V. It is almost 2 pm in the afternoon, the weather is nice, just the right amount of clouds in the sky to prevent the rays of sun of directly reaching the region, and a soft cold breeze coming from the north side makes them shiveronce in a while.

Everyone is talking about the origin of the colours present in sunsets, but G is tired of this and decides to walk through the roof. She crosses it, and starts to watch the building in front of her. It's a big building, 20 stories high, just in front of her is an open window, she observes the living room of that apartment, it looks as old as if it was a house of the 70's.There's no one there, and now that she thinks of it, she has never seen someone in that apartment. G doesn't care about the other views that this building offers her, so she moves to the east side while looking at the sky. Suddenly, she realize that there's something that shouldn't be there.

Standing a in the middle of the sky is an orange ball that appears to be made of light. It doesn't make anysense, so she walks to her friends and tells them about it. Of course, all turn suspiciously to watch the phenomenon. G says that it couldn't be a flare product of the light of the sun, while A claims that's impossible for it to be a surface reflection because there's nothing with that property close enough to the ball of light. T doesn't have an opinion, she's too scared to talk, so the rest of...
